Great customer service

At first, I was frustrated with driver side door lock fitting issue but they were very patient and supportive. You know, in life, how easy it is to point fingers. Turned out that it was m6 fault that our van's plastic trim for driver side seat belt cover was not installed correctly. Finally, they were able to point that out and my installation is completed. Good Enough

The lock itself Mounts perfectly and is very stable. However the receiver plate for the throw bolt just screws into the plastic trim. It’s a little wobbly and I have to pull on the door handle to make it latch. I would be willing to cit the plastic to have it mount to a metal surface. I will likely fabricate something in the future. Definitely can’t get the door open when locked!!
