These windows are of excellent quality and come with great documentation. The bug screen and thermal window shade are awesome and easy to deploy. The option to be able to leave the window cracked in a locked position is also a great feature.

Thanks to the staff at expedition upfitter, they answered all of my many many questions! I'm beyond happy with the Arctic Tern windows I installed! These really are such an upgrade from all of the alternatives I checked out! I will be back to purchase more.

I'm very happy with my two 450 X 900 mm windows that I installed on my Ford Transit van. The product is exactly as described and the documents (consideration for fitment and installation instructions) are complete, well detailed and very useful. But, most of all, I'm more than happy with the level of service that I experienced with Expedition Upfiter: one of the three windows I ordered was broken during shipping. I was in contact with Katie, that took really good care of the whole claim process. She was transparent and really customer-oriented while resolving this pickle. Finally, while UPS was rather slow fixing this problem (more reactive than proactive...), Expedition Upfitter decided to send me back a new window. Thumbs up! I will definitely do business again with these people!

I love this window but wished we got one slightly bigger! Bigger is always better! My husband installed 2 of these windows in our van in an afternoon, I couldn't believe how fast that went! Love the bug screen mesh and blackout ability of these.
