Autoterm Comfort Control — Easy Control for Your Autoterm / Planar Heater

The Autoterm Comfort Control makes managing your heater simple. With intuitive controls, flexible heating modes and programmable timers, it helps you keep your camper, van or expedition vehicle comfortable.

Compact Design and Simple Operation

A multifunction rotary dial lets you scroll through menus and adjust settings easily. A separate back button returns you to the previous screen, while the quick-access button lets you start or stop the heater without navigating the main menu.

Measuring just 82 × 37 × 19 mm, the compact panel fits neatly into your interior.

Four Heating Modes

Choose the setting that suits your needs:

• Power Mode: Runs the heater continuously at your selected power level.

• Temperature Mode: Adjusts heating output to maintain your selected temperature while keeping combustion running.

• Heat + Ventilation Mode: Stops heating at 1°C above your selected temperature and circulates air until the temperature falls 5°C below it, then resumes heating.

• Thermostat Mode: Automatically stops heating and ventilation at the configured upper temperature threshold, then restarts when the temperature drops. The temperature thresholds are adjustable.

Fan-Only Operation

On supported heaters, ventilation mode circulates air without producing heat.

Battery Voltage Protection

An adjustable low-voltage setting shuts down the heater when voltage stays below your chosen limit for the specified time, helping protect your battery from excessive discharge.

Maintenance Reminder

After 30 days of inactivity, the controller reminds you to run the heater for 30 minutes at maximum power—even during warmer months—to help maintain reliable operation.

Programmable Timers

Set up to three timers with your preferred start time, operating mode and duration. Schedule operation daily, on weekdays or on selected days. A flashing green indicator shows when a timer is enabled.
